Secretaries Available for Registration of New Students
The new enrollment process is for new students who have not attended our district in the past and is not used to update parent information from year to year. Parents who need to update their existing student’s information can do so through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or complete the verification form being sent by the building.
All registration forms are available online in fillable pdf format that you can complete at home and bring with you to the corresponding office of your child’s building. These forms are available at our website at www.hssd.gabbarthost.com/. A map of the district boundaries is also available both on the website and in the building offices. If your address is outside the district boundary, we can still enroll your child, but we will need an Open Enrollment form also completed.
If your student’s primary residence will be outside of the Hot Springs School District, you will need to apply for open enrollment. You may contact the building secretary for your student(s) to set up a time to fill out an open enrollment application.

Documents needed to register:
Original certified birth certificate
THE HEALTH INFORMATION FORM AND REQUEST FOR RECORDS FORM NEED TO BE RETURNED TO THE BUILDING THAT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS.
If you need bus transportation for your child(ren), please complete and return that form as well with registration information. The transportation department will be in contact with you regarding pickup and drop off information.
